I've been with this bank for many years. I have several banks that I bank with. To make a long story short, the Heritage Banks technology's far behind other branches of banks that I use.

I've been banking with them for several years now without a problem. The staff have always been friendly, the security guy is equally so! Honestly, I have had to get a new card -once- in the entire time I've been with them (and it turned out to be an error on my end!), unlike BoA where I was constantly rotating through new cards every few months because they would end up compromised. If I ever had any questions or concerns, they were on top of it and helped immediately. I literally have 0 complaints with this business.
