Not Reccommended. Did adequate  roofing, gutter and related work for us several years ago. However, afterward on two separate occasions we called him because of issues with his work and he brushed us off. First time he wanted photos, refused to visually address our concerns. Second time, he delayed, obfuscated in phone calls. Finally we gave up, when we realized it was a waste of time and that, once he got our money, he had no intention of standing behind his work.

I have been using Charlie and his team of excellent professionals since I moved to Savannah in 1997. Through the years he has really made a difference in the way my house looks, both inside and out. Sometimes his time estimates are a bit off, but the work is high quality. I will continue to use his services and would recommend him to others seeking to remedy their house problems or wanting to make improvements.

I have an old very large house in Savannah historic area,  Approx 7800 Sf and 4 story.  I had such trouble finding a contractor who was even willing to work on the house.  The roof needed some repair along with alot of other deferred projects such as windows, and some wood rot in various areas.Charlie really came thru for me, he did the Glazing on many windows which were in need,  Roof repairs were made and ive been trouble free since.  He painted the entire deck area and did wood rot repair as well.What a difference, it looks so much better and i couldnt say enough good things  Charlie is a really great guy also,  just so much knowledge and experience and he is trustworthy and really takes pride in the work.I hope to use him again on my next projects,  Again, Charlie Angell is truly an Angel for those in need.

Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and I have renovated many homes.  His work was sub par and shoddy at best. He did not survey the job and when it came time to invoicing he became a nightmare.  His invoices were not even close to his estimates. He went back and "adjusted" his estimates even though I had the originals.  He billed for things that were not done but insisted that  I  approved them before hand!  Total nut job.
