South Shore did not replace my roof...yet. I can only review from what my contacts have been like. The contacts, and there have been several, were all really good. Every contact demonstrated professionalism, a high level of integrity and a definite concern for the customer. Every detail of the proposed work was explained in detail. My conversations with the outside folks to the insiders went very well. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and understanding. If these contacts are an example of the end product they provide, they just have to be a stellar operation. They will be my go to, when I get there.

A very professional company that takes pride in customer relations and quality work. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and dealt with my insurance company to make sure the process went smoothly. Brent was on top of the administrative side to ensure permits were pulled and the project was completed in a timely manor up to the companies high craftsmanship standards. Little work was required on my end, they made it very easy, would recommend using this company every shingle time.

I knew I needed a new roof so I reached out to two companies for an estimate. The first company came out and said we will replace the whole roof and it will cost this much but gave little information regarding the process. A few weeks later Brendan from South Shore Roofing came out and it was a complete 180 from the first company I had out. Brendan explained the whole process including showing me samples of all of the materials that would be used. I felt like South Shore was a company that cared about each individual customer. I signed a contract that same day. The day of the roof installation the crew showed up at 7:30am and the job was complete and cleaned up my 2:30pm. A few days later Kyle the owner of the company came out and inspected the work. From start to finish every person that I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend South Shore roofing for any roofing needs.

Kyle and his team at South Shore Roofing did a fantastic job on our complete roof replacement and rafter repairs.
We had gotten estimates from several local roofers last year and decided to wait until this year to have the project completed. In the time since we first met the South Shore Roofing team, Mitch in the office was politely persistent in communicating with us and letting us know that they are still looking forward to working with us. For that reason amongst others, we decided to have South Shore Roofing do our project. Once I gave Mitch the go ahead to start the process the entire team was a pleasure to speak with and work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting the project going. Prior to their team, even showing up at our home communication was often and informative, which I greatly appreciate. Being that we are in the south east of Georgia. Weather is always a concern, when doing this type of project, and even though we had a slight delay, their team finished our project in the same time frame that we agreed upon. Kyle was our on-site project manager and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the end result we were looking for even changing the color of one of the products that was being used on our project the day they started. Making changes once the crew had already started is certainly something that is not normal, but Kyle saw that it would be a better fit and was more than happy to make sure we Got the best color and product for our project. We would highly recommend South Shore Roofing to anyone who asked and applaud them for their integrity and craftsmanship throughout the entire process.
