        We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldnt fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didnt make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didnt seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!
