We recently had the pleasure of shopping for furniture at Ethan Allen and we couldnt be happier with the experience! From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The selection of furniture was excellent and we also enjoyed the fact that we could customize each piece. All that said the key to our experience was our design consultant, Sam Avola. Due to a fire, we had to fill our house. His vision, after our consultation, was flawless. He has an innate ability to bring it all together while not having it appear overdone. We are excited to complete construction and get everything into the house. Well then see his vision go from the computer screen and finely laid out samples to our home.

I waited 13 weeks for the kitchen chairs to be delivered . The week before delivery I sold my old chairs. I called on the day that delivery was supposed to be made only to be told another 8 weeks delivery issue. By by Ethan forever I will take my money and run. No call no nothing is unacceptable in my book.

When we moved from our Florida house to a new Boston condo, I left all my furniture behind. My first priority was to make quick furniture decisions knowing it would take time for delivery. After considering a number of store options, I happened to drop in at the Saugus store and met Sam Avola, one of their designers. Sam has been incredible in listening to my situation and making very well thought out recommendations. He was quick to pick up on my need to work in family accessories I couldnt leave behind. I love Sams suggestion of buying beautiful pieces that can transition from room to room. He clearly listened to everything I said. It helped tremendously that Ethan Allen has so many beautiful high quality options to consider. Furnishing our beautiful condo would have been overwhelming without Sam and EA.
