      image A BIG THANKS to Golden Point Builders for our newly built home. We were completely satisfied with the process from beginning to end. Shawns communication with us was outstanding and we had peace of mind through each step. His work crews were professional and did quality work inside and out. The schedule quoted in the beginning was maintained and we were able to enjoy Christmas in our new home. We highly recommend Golden Point Builders.

      image 4 years ago we used them for an addition to our home (approximately 2000 square ft.). Towards the end short cuts were done that we didn't know about until now . So now we have a leak in finished basement due to a poor quality build.

Our customers are supplied with a warranty and even though it sounds as though you are out of the warranty period I can encourage you to email pictures and as much information as you can.
