I think it is very sad that to pick up ruined house contents from a natural disaster that a $250.00 fee is charged when already so much money has to be paid to refurnish my home again! UPDATE, I was contacted and there was no compensation offered for the ridiculous fee of $250!

I'm coming here to leave a 1 star review because I'm tired of the employees picking and choosing which trash they take out of my can. They pull it out by hand then whatever they don't want to take they leave it on the curb on the street next to my empty can. If you aren't going to collect the trash then why are you coming into the neighborhood and why am I paying for a service? Please reimburse me a prorated amount. This has been going on the entire 3 years I've lived in my house. I've called multiple times and sent emails. Nothing changes. Either retrain or hire someone who cares enough. 11/18/22- once again they pull the trash out by hand and leave trash in the bottom of my can. 7/8/23- once again didn't dump all the trash 7/11/23- once again didn't dump all the trash 7/18/23- skipped my recycling. Picked up all my neighbors but not mine @14:24 1/9/24- skipped recycling pickup. Drove right past my house @11:14am Services: Yard debris removal, Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal

My interactions with the human resources department has been outstanding. From the first day of speaking with the recruiter and finally interviewing with the recruiter and Abram I wasn't mislead or had any negative feelings or thoughts on what might my job responsibilities be if hired. The office staff were very professional and courteous and friendly with me. And I was not promised a position with the company. I felt like a great candidate like myself would be a great addition to the waste pro team. I sincerely hope that you get the opportunity to apply and work with the wastepro team and look forward to being someone that will be there to greet you and make you feel welcome and a part of a winning team.
