BEWARE. She is a Scammer! She has a hidden sign that says Return within 24 hours. Never mentioned that at the time of purchase and it isn't listed on the receipt. She is false advertising. Has her store closed online so that people can't leave reviews. I will be reporting her.

Absolutely horrible...we went in there today with a 4 year old. There was 2 small dogs in there. The little girl went to pet them and they attacked her. We complained to the lady behind the counter..she said we should watch the child! She was horrible! ..I work in a boutique and have never seen such horr Ible behavior

Worst customer service.Don't buy anything from this store. On there site it shows 24 hour return policy, but nothing on their receipt .When I went to return something within the 24 hours she refused refund, pulled out a sign that was hidden and says exchange only or store credit.I told her that sign isn't visible.I went on line myself after I bought and found nothing but bad reviews.STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE.I will not go in there again.

Purchased a jacket on Saturday. Sales receipt says nothing about returns. On line it says only a 24 hour return policy. Went back the next day within 24 hours (ridiculous policy). She would not do a refund. Pulls out a sign hidden on the counter saying no refunds exchange only. I said your sign is hidden and there is nothing on your receipt. Also their phone number listed is disconnected. WILL NEVER GO IN THIS STORE AGAIN. After my experience Ifead other reviews and others are saying the same thing. STAY CLEAR OF VERONICA LURIE BOUTIQUE!!!!!
