Office is great and their personnel as well. The reason for the low rating is their automated system. You are called every day to remind you that their location has changed up to the day of appointment! I spoke to their staff about this and they explained they have a problem with their system but cannot seem to get it fixed. I asked that I be removed from that system and they said they will do that. Needless to say I am still receiving the same pre recorded message. I called to ask again, but was only able to leave a message. Therefore I cancelled all future appointments with this office. Maybe the good Doctor will get his head out as the staff tells me they have several complaints from other patients.

Dr Marlowe is a true find, a professional in every sense. I came in after being in pain for weeks. I left cured. Being an outstanding diagnostician made me well. This comes with deep gratitude.

As an avid scuba diver, I had difficulty descending due to blockages of my inner ear. Dr Marlow fixed a problem that I had for 30 years with a simple procedure. I have to say , I cant be more pleased with the results. Thank you Dr Marlow!

Dr. Marlowe is so patient and informative. I have Meniere's and he explained my options. I feel safe in his care to receive good treatment. His office staff is helpful as well.

From my first call this place has been a bad experience. First I was treated rudely by the new patient appointment scheduler as if I was bothering her. Then I received 42 text messages / voicemails combined regarding their new address and when I called the office to ask them why that person was also rude as if I should not be disturbed with their new system and there was nothing they could do about it. But neither of those situations matter right because the DR was highly recommended so I wait a month for my appointment and when I arrive they collect my co-pay up front in their 45 degree freezing cold office, only to find out that I am seen by a nurse practitioner who says she cannot help me that I need to come back next week to see the DR. And guess what that same rude new patient scheduler is at the desk now when I go to make the appointment- please tell me why - I am responsible for another copay when they are incapable of delivering the service I already paid for. My time, my gas, my nose. How do they get away with this? STAY AWAY. Also I received another call after arriving home that the new patient paperwork I completed on their tablet didnt save and she accused me of lying. Said I didnt do it. Why? What? Oh no! Not this sister. Im done. Thanks for taking my hard earned $65 copay. I will be filing a grievance with the insurance company also.
