I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received recently. The person who assisted me not only provided poor service but also made me feel discriminated against during the process. I hope you take measures to improve the quality and customer service. Response to the owner's reply: I hope you're not the owner because it would be very disappointing, given the lack of professionalism in your response regarding customer service. That's not how things unfolded. I'm referring to the person who assisted me; they came to my car and never showed any interest in understanding my request. I initiated the conversation and mentioned that I was getting another quote because the person paying for the repair found it too expensive elsewhere. This was just honesty on my part as I could have simply asked for the quote without providing a reason. Regarding discrimination, when the person heard my colleague and me speaking in Spanish, their attitude changed, and they told me to keep that quote, saying, "I don't work like that," and walked away. Do you not see this as mistreatment of your customers? Would you be satisfied if you were treated this way? As for your inquiry into my other reviews, they all stem from justified reasons poor service and/or shoddy work, aside from the racism in this particular establishment. It's responses like yours and experiences at places like The Paint Booth and Body Shop that make one want to leave a 1-star review, ensuring that others never go to a place where they won't be treated like any other fully English-speaking customer. I can assure you that if my husband went to the same place, he would be treated differently. And I did read more of your reviews, which also talk about the poor service from your employees.
