Unbelievably helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The owner (David) spent a good two hours patiently and leisurely going over options. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. This was the first (and only) store Ive been to. Id planned to shop around, but am so impressed with this establishment, that I dont feel I need to look anywhere else. Its really refreshing to deal with a business with such exemplary customer service. Thank you!

The experience wasnt so great this time. I knew what I wanted to start, so I probably should not have gone through Firebird. I could have bought it, had it delivered and installed more easily online. It was a disappointment.

Went in to buy a kiva fireplace grate, got a one-man stand up routine! The best shopping experience I've had in a long time! Dave (glasses, tattoos), was exceptionally funny and helpful! Didn't think I'd ever shop here and couldn't really imagine going back, but if I needed a fireplace, I'd go here! Plus with G-paw and Ash, the two store cats, what's not to love!!
