        I'm sorry but everything was wrong, extra material, the order was very late, I had to call to find out if it arrived or not, I don't want to go back.

        The two men that work here ignore you when you walk in, don't know about some of the products they carry.  we bought this new kind of grout for $1300 bucks, they didn't know much about it, when installer had questions they couldn't help, said I have other customers here and I gotta go.they were ok to sell it to us but it stopped there.the installer spoke to the watsonville store and he talked him out of using it.  unbelievable.  I went to take it back after just 3 weeks and unopened etc and they refused.  didn't care about it, attitude sucked.  won't ever recommend or go back to this company.  unprofessional and rude.  Agree with Dusty H.I wouldn't of picked 1 star but I had to according to Yelp.

      We have the paperwork that proves that you ordered to much tile perhaps you should have gone over your numbers before ordering. We tell everyone the ETA "Estimated" time for shipping is 7-10 business days. We have the proof we ordered your tile the day you made the order- We cant control what the vender does. We spent quite a bit of time trying to cancel your order and rewriting your order because you kept on changing it. You know I speak the truth and suggest you remove your negative comment.
