I had a great service experience at the their west side location. The staff member there took the time to walk me through options and patiently answered my questions. Id go back again.

Was buying goods there until their prices went up. I can't afford it.:( Something tells me i was being overcharged by an employee at factory for a item by +$15-20 over the going price. This made me not make the purchase bcos i can buy elsewhere for going price. Not happy.

They have a reasonable range of new and used boards. Absolutely hopeless service. We bought a 9'6" arrow log but the service staff never left the counter and couldn't give any local surf advice. We're on a month long surf trip from New Zealand so really even basic local advice to aid in board choice would have been appreciated. We also bought a second board from cruz around the corner and got outstanding service from them and a well priced second hand log.
