I will never go here again. This place once was relief after a lot of bad dentists but now this one is just like the rest. All money hungry ! If you call asking about something, they start talking about other dental procedures that arent related to the phone call and ironically out of pocket. Not to mention I think during a cleaning I cut my tongue on the tool. Not a biggie but when I called because I was in pain, I was told nothing. No help. No mouth wash. Nothing. She was so incredibly impatient that she said she has another call coming in and went to hangout for on me ! After I had been calling for a hour and got no answer. Literally on everything I will not be coming here again. This is grouped into canyon dental group down on newhall ranch rd too. Theyre conducting buisness the exact same way.

Office manager is shady and nasty. Do not trust her. Find a different dentist

Horrible, they give you diagnosis unnecessary, and don't check with your insurance. Trying to get you to pay out of your pocket. Not honest people.

Had a great experience here the manager Astrid really worked with me to set up an appointment and all the staff was very kind. The dentist doctor Wilson was quick when working, careful and explained every step. The results came out good

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHAIN OF DENTIST!!!! I had an emergency and thought my bridge broke. It did NOT! Had minor fractures but the type of bridge I have was not damaged completely. They said it was broken in two places not visible on any of the X-rays they took. They said the only fix or treatment option was to to remove and replace my bridge for 5000$ they insisted I get it financed and begin the process immediately. They said my insurance coverage was 0% and itd be all out of pocket. The very next day (14 hours later) my regular dentist looked at the damage and said with photo/XRay images the there was a minor fracture in a single place and if I wanted to replace it my insurance coverage was 50% and cost was about 1800$ once authorized. GET A SECOND OPINION!!!! Do not trust these con artists! In addition they use dirty non sterilized tools. I witnessed staff members use the same pair of gloves to walk around the entire office touching multiple surfaces including a bathroom door handle and drawer knobs before opening emptying and bagging tools into sterilized bags and put they into trys for use. I watched them completely no breaks in sight or a time to change their gloves. Huge risk by accepting this facility care!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
