Furniture Santa Barbara

I'm weighing in on these reviews because my experiences at this store have been much better than one star. I bought two attractive bedstands for 40% less the price I've seen in other furniture stores. Over the years, I have purchased several pieces of furniture here and have always been satisfied with the items and the service. I have no personal connection with the owners. I just want to give a more balanced picture.

Recently moved to Santa Barbara, tried to shop locally, but my experience with this store was very poor. I liked the people who sold me several items (couch, table, bed frame, mattress), however their contracted delivery service was terrible. They canceled and changed multiple times last minute. I moved in to a new apt. and coordinated delivery that same weekend. But they didn't show up, and I had to beg for at least my mattress to be delivered sooner than they said. Everything else was over two weeks late. My bed frame never arrived, they delivered the wrong couch, then sent one guy to pick it up a few days later so I needed to help him carry it down 2 flights of stairs (Alex was with a different delivery company, he was very helpful). I like the table I got though! I am a very patient and respectful person but they pushed me over the edge to share this honest review. I received a refund after I told them I had to resort going to a new store and ordering everything over again (Bob's discount furniture came to the rescue). They need to get their logistics together as they caused a lot of inconvenience.
