I live in one of your properties for 15 years. Under the current management the place has gone down hill. Manager ( that you hired ) doesn't make people follow the rules. When I complain ( to the manager or you )  you do nothing about it. The place is over run by big dogs ( against the rules ) . When I take a walk I get attacked.  There are tarps hanging all over various mobile homes, instead of having them fixed. I'm going to be sending pics until something is done! DO YOUR JOB! That's why we pay you........

I have a home on a property they manage .. The park property in covered in weeds on vacant homes. There is a lot with 6 foot fence that has weeds that are dried out and taller than the fence. As residents we are responsible for keeping our weeds cleared but the parks property is let go. Property Manager finally came looked at the fire hazard and had it taken care of the next day. I feel it should be scheduled every year before it becomes I fire hazard and I have to start calling and writting letter. My first note was to the manager on the 3rd of May. Taken care of at the end of June.

I live in a Senior park in Bakersfield and have experienced a management that holds no regard for their senior renters. Our concerns are met with the word complaints and nothing is ever resolved as far as the Rules and Regulations that are being ignored by certain renters. We who try and make our place up to the standards that are mentioned in the R&R s are continuously ignored if our concerns are voiced. The job seems to be only to collect the rent by management.  I was told by another tenant that she was once told by management that "if I don t see it, I don t have to deal with it". Management must be blind or perhaps just lazy. The people that seem to have the rights around here are the renters that don t comply to the R & R s.  That is disturbing.  I love my Mobil home it self but may leave because when I take my walks daily I come home so very angry with the way things are "managed" here. I moved here because I thought it had R&R s that would be adhered to and feel very defrauded after moving here.  Shame on you La Cumbre Management!
