***** Double Rip Off Alert *****I was a good customer for many years, they canceled a bin didn't call to let me know ,never use Roberts waste they just let me and 2 laborers sit there and wait ,looks bad to the customer and bad business no consideration ,all you contractors and trades beware , I will let every builder and contractor know how I was treated Badly

I recently moved and rented a dumpster from them a few times and they were quick to drop off and pick up.

Getting charged with receipt that doesnt match transaction or jobs that dont exist anymore. Been wasting way too much time with them.

*** RIPOFF ALERT *** They TRIPLE CHARGED me for the same item!! Approximately 2 1/2 yrs ago I purchase ordered some fencing for a commercial building and got a discount for paying them by cash but they also requested to keep a credit card on file. Approximately 9 months after I made the cash payment I was contacted by their billing department requesting payment again in which they charged my credit card without my permission and hence received payment for a second time. Today, a year and a half later, I received multiple phone calls and email requesting payment for the same item.... a THIRD time! What the heck!? BEWARE of this company and triple check your statements! Seems to me like they're deliberately STEALING money from innocent customers. I wonder how many people they've over charged. Sounds like this would be the perfect CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

They don't recycling material, they go straight to the dump. Horrible customer service and very rude to speak with. Don't "waste" your time. They're only in it for the $$$
