        I was called 3 times from this company each time they asked me for all my information, each time they said I didnt have an account. Then I got a little pushy and then I was told they didnt do my insurance. I would have to pay out of pocket. But yet I got emails asking what product did I want. Beware they will suck you in and then tell you if you want your Cpap you have to pay.

        Called six (6) times over the last 1.5 hours...constant busy signal. no answer. Seems like a scam company or a company with extraordinaryly poor customer serivce.

      Hello Frank,After reviewing your concern I put you on our do not call list as we are not contracted with your HMO insurance. If your insurance changes to PPO or Medicare part B please let me know. Your HMO insurance carrier should be able to provide you with a contracted provider. I hope that helps and wish you the best!

      I am so sorry you have had difficulty in reaching us. We just put in a new phone system a week ago. I called 3 times today with no problems. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
