      image Made first appointment and gave them my BCBS card information over a week ago. They called me the day of my appointment asking if I had a referral prescription and to bring that with (which I did). Get there only to find out that they can not process through my BCBS but I could pay out of pocket. They could have told me this over the phone so I could make other arrangements. Very unprofessional business!

      I do apologize if our policy was not made clear to you when you called. We see many patients who are out of network, who pay at the time of service, and are then reimbursed. We inform patients of our pricing when they make an appointment. Your review does not show your last name, so I am unable to look you up in our system, to see what type of policy you had, or see who you might have spoken with. I do hope you found relief for your problem.
