I am staying in this hotel for work. It seems to me that it is perfectly located and close to many places which you can check around. The room is decent but the mattress is terrible, it is not a luxury room. The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear a lot of noises from outside at any time which interrupted your sleep, also there is a strange noise around 5:30am that I don't know where it comes from but it is not relaxing at all. The front desk person is very friendly and decent

Had to cancel my reservation because of an emergency and despite being a bonvoy platinum member, which is a status that should have not been charged a cancellation fee, they charged me $120 and will not refund it. There a far better Marriott locations than this one close by, so youre better off choosing one of them.

Elizabeth at the check in was very helpful and took her time to explain everything. She is amazing person.

Good location in Sanford though not close to downtown. There are several restaurants close by. Check in staff was helpful and cheerfully answered our questions. We liked the large comfortable room but had no view from the window. Apparently several of the windows are defective and hazy. Had to leave the room to see if it was raining.
