Our daughter's van has had tons of problems since a poor install of our daughter's van at United Access in 2018. Our daughter has quadriplegia. It admittedly was a very complicated install. The hope was to give her independence to drive herself. The install was bid on by multiple mobility car dealers in Utah and paid for by Utah work force services. We paid approximately $45,000 for the ramp van and the state paid for approximately $50,000 in modivications. United access underbid the other companies and did a poor install. Our daughter has since moved to California and has had to spend at least $7, 000 to fix what was done improperly by their team. There are many problems that cannot be fixed due to the improper first installation. I hope that this is not happening to other families. Those who use their products are already struggling and deserve the best service and products available. United Access, please do not bid on a project that you are unable to do correctly.

Tim provided marvelous customer service! We have been seeking an affordable wheelchair van and located one in Texas which Tim put a 24 hr hold on for us, securing it from five additional buyers who wanted it, then arranged to get it transported to Utah asap. We received it yesterday and found it just lovely. I appreciated the courtesy in getting all the paperwork completed and demonstrating how everything worked before driving it home. I recommend highly your working with United Access and with Tim. Sue

Tim was AWESOME to work with. He brought the vehicle up to the Neilson Rehabilitation Hospital for my husband to see and practice getting in and out of before we decided to purchase it.

Do not use this company for repairs to your Bruno Turny seat, they are in over their head on this seat. We were told the seat was to old to repair and parts were not available, and was charged a few hundred for diagnosis to tell us this. Went a few blocks away to Mobility Solutions, Inc. and they had no problem ordering parts. Labor was only a few hundred to repair get working like new. Their service tech knew his stuff, we could not be happier.
