I want to recognize Urban Paintings great work on painting projects through the years for me and my clients. As a construction manager, I highly recommend them because of the strong set of skills they bring to projects. They demonstrate a high level of professionalism in projects requiring the ability to perform complex sets of restoration and painting tasks, simultaneous activities, coordination of subcontractors, documentation and reporting. There are often changes or unforeseen conditions Ive encountered on projects and Urbans been a reliable partner ready to help review alternatives in a knowledgeable and friendly way. They have a great team attitude, care for the those around them, and have a can do attitude that gets the job done right.

Our 11 unit Condo building worked with Urban Painting this Summer. It was a very good experience. They painted all the interior public spaces which included garages, hallways and stairwells. The entire process went smoothly and well. The project manager Will Countner, Martin Flores and onsite foreman, Erson were excellent and a pleasure to work with on the project. Communication was excellent , the paint job was well done and Erson was great at ensuring all areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. Urban Painting and their staff are true professionals. We were not disappointed with the finished product and will definitely consider them for our future exterior paint job.

Urban Painting was great to work with. The planning, design, discussion, and execution of the project were all as straightforward as you can imagine. The only thing they didn't do as stated was the finish time. THEY FINISHED EARLY! They even came back for re-inspection and tidied a few things up I wouldn't have noticed. Their bid was better than most and their quality delivered. We get numerous compliments every month on the paint. I highly recommend Urban. Like many great businesses they aspire to get it right and will make it happen.

I have worked with Urban Painting and now their waterproofing division Urban waterproofing. They have been excellent. We are a group of 36 condos so communication can be challenging but Urban excels here. In recent work to do elastomeric layering and coating, principal David Urban inspected property, drew up a plan and bid out the work, explaining the process in detail. In one particular job he provided a contractor (Sykes) who worked seamlessly to fix and rebuild enough to get coat ready. Together this team prepared for rain, came each day on time, were respectful, Kind and cleaned up. The job itself was well done. Kudos to Marvin Reyes who worked from both paint and water angles and Adrian from Sykes who is outstanding. We will be working with them again!!! I recommend highly
