Happy here especially with the new management RW Zukin and the manager -Casey.No it's not perfect but then no apartment complex here in Marin is. I can just say that with this new management that they are on top of things and correct , fix or replace things in a timely manner and always do there best to resolve any issues. I enjoy the apartment I am in very much and complex is very pet friendly

BE WARNED! I have been a tenant living here since Oct 2016.  The property has been through at least 5 property management.  Going downhill every new management that takes over. The current management is awful!  Courtney Benjamin has rented out apartments to less than desirable neighbors and there was a recent car stolen and stripped of all tires and re-parked on the property.  I have witnessed drug deals from the bus stop in front of the property from a tenant who lives here and I told the apartment manager who did NOTHING (stated she does not have the skill set to deal).  My neighbor rents a 1 bedroom for $1,800 with a yard/patio and I pay well of $2,250!  Asked if I could transfer but she said the rent would go up to $2,275 and I would have to pay for the expense of turning my current unit! Is that even legal?  (wear and tear clause?) Now she is threatening to have my service dogs taken away for barking.  I have been home for a few months now on the daily and there is no way the barking dogs are mine!  Definitely DO NOT RENT HERE.  Courtney definitely discriminates & favors certain tenants.  Oh, did I mention that the laundry room has been vandalized several times now and none of us can do our laundry for 2 weeks now!  NOT WORTH THE COST!
