Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

My 7-year costly experience with Truly Nolen Termite Control Since 2017, weve paid Truly Nolen Pest Control Termites each year for termite inspection and preventative treatment. After recently obtaining termite inspections from two other companies, we discovered that 80 feet of facia and related roof boards around our entire house were termite-damaged. It cost us thousands to replace roof boards around our entire house that were termite-damaged while we had a contract with Truly Nolen Termite Control. I also had unhelpful conversations with the San Marcos Truly Nolen branch manager, David Luong over the years. In my interactions with him, Mr. Luong clearly puts the company first and the customer last. It doesn't matter how polite the Truly Nolen technicians are, if you make the mistake we made and believe that they will actually inspect the roof boards and they do not. Then you end up paying thousands for replacement and repair. In my experience, Truly Nolen is untrustworthy with annual termite inspection. Truly Nolen did not provide us with adequate inspection and preventative treatment during our annual inspections . Who knows what the technicians were even doing when they did an annual inspection of our home for termites since 2017? The thousands of dollars we have paid them since 2017 was TRULY a waste of money. Truly Nolen could improve by giving customers the truth about termite presence, because that's what we paid them for. For years. I do not recommend Truly Nolen Termite Control for any services.

Gerald is the most knowledgeable rodent control inspector I've encountered. He checked entry points where no other inspectors were aware of. He and Anthony were very courteous, patient, and helpful as well. We are highly satisfied with their service!

I originally contacted Truly Nolan when I had an insane ant infestation that wouldnt stop. They got rid of all of my ants inside our home and along the outside of my home as well. I couldnt believe it! By the next day the ants were gone! I had been battling these ants for months!!! I no longer have any ant problems & Truly Nolan comes out every few months to re-spray the perimeters to keep them away. I was so impressed with their ability to get rid of my ants that I then hired them back to get rid of mice. We live on an avocado grove and were having issues with mice in our cars & I didnt want to take any chances with mice getting into our new home. I was shocked that this worked too! There has been no more mice/rat activity in our cars or around our home. I was so pleased with their service, that I ended up surprising my parents with a year long mice/rat contract of their own. I love that they come out every month to refill the rat stations and spray. I also love that all of their products are totally pet safe, so I dont have to worry about my dogs. Ive been so happy with their service and products that I have been referring them to everyone I know. A huge shout out to Gerald who is very easy to contact, very friendly & helpful. He has been my main method of contact & makes everything very easy. I also want to mention the techs that have come out. Tony & (I forgot the other techs name) have been awesome & go above & beyond every time they have come out to spray. I highly recommend Truly Nolan & ask for Gerald to get you set up!
