Granix Stone, Inc.

I recently had an experience with Granix Stone that left me disappointed, and I feel compelled to share my story to help others make informed decisions. I purchased Epoque Black tiles, which unfortunately arrived with noticeable color inconsistencies, indicating a manufacturing defect. Despite the tiles being from the same dye lot, the variation was significant enough to impact the project's aesthetic. I reached out to the seller, Maurice, for assistance. The response was a mix of understanding and limitations. Maurice, from Granix Stone, acknowledged the issue and arranged for a replacement from the manufacturer, Bellezza. However, the solution didn't fully address the situation. Originally, I had paid for shipping, but for the replacement tiles, delivery was refused, and I had to pick them up myself. Moreover, despite the incurred costs of re-tiling due to the defective product, no compensation was offered, nor was there flexibility to return other unused tiles from a different purchase that could have helped offset the additional expenses. While I appreciate Maurice's efforts to replace the defective tiles, the lack of support for the associated costs and the refusal to deliver the replacement tilesdespite the original order being shippedwas disheartening. The experience highlighted a gap in customer service and support, especially when handling products with inherent variability and potential defects. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases from Granix Stone and underscores the importance of a more customer-centric approach, especially in resolving issues that are not the customer's fault.

Great selection. Ready to go stone counter tops and island top as well as large slabs of stone. And a great selection of unique tile.

Micheal is fantastic. He helped us with selecting tile for a bathroom shower.  Micheal is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and has a wonderful sense of what colors and styles go together.  Granix has a wide selection of stones for your home needs and the store is designed with the customers' needs being paramount.  I highly recommend Granix Stone.

Our experience with Granix was great at the start of our project.  Our sales rep Michael was excellent in showing us the Quartz and backsplash we were looking for and ended up purchasing.The reason for the 2 stars is the customer service/sales follow up.  After we decided to purchase the product I called and left a voicemail and also emailed saying we were ready to purchase.  Since it was the holidays I was giving them the benefit of the doubt to try and call back.  Since no one returned my call, I called again and was able to purchase the product.  When I received my reciept they added a 2.5% processing fee because I called and ordered over the phone.  This was never discussed and never on the original PO.  Since I live 2 miles away I would of gone in and paid to save that money.I have called 2 times and emailed 3 times with zero response to try and get that money refunded.  I look forward to the new quartz and backsplash, I am more writing this as they need to pay more attention to the customer if they are looking for referrals in the future.

Maurice is a pleasure to talk to and work with. After numerous visits and many samples taken home, I had so many questions. It has been so confusing to me with all the different styles, colors, kinds of tile, etc but Maurice spent the extra time to explain the different options for materials for my home renovation.
