Mike is incredibly helpful. Called about soundproofing, and while he couldn't profit from it, he called around to a bunch of his contacts to ask for their suggestions and to find products that may help. If I have a future audio need, this is the guy.

Although they were quick to let me know that my needs fell outside of their area of expertise, they took the time to share their thoughts about my options in the community. I really appreciate their kind attention to sending me off informed and in the right direction.

Bought a speaker from them. It was poorly packed and damaged in shipping. They didn't provide a refund, even though they chose the shipper and prepared the package, nor did they lift a finger to help with FedEx, who explained that they would only reimburse the party that paid for shipping. I went back and forth with them several times but they blew me off since I'm out of state. I learned they have several BBB complaints against them (no wonder). I would avoid doing business with them at all costs. There are other great retailers out there who will take care of their customers.
