I needed my client to get discharged to the Central Coast and no one would accept him with his current insurance . I called Susan and Sonya and they went above and beyond to get him enrolled that day ( because it was the end of the month & he would have to stay in the hospital another month if we couldnt change his insurance !!! ) They stayed after hours and found him a plan in which I could also get him a doctor immediately. They were so helpful and patient !! I have such high regard for their professionalism
