This was our first major home improvement experience & we were trepidatious at best. Wil came to meet with us twice before the job started and put our minds at ease. However, we are still amazed at what a beautiful job they did!! Our house looks gorgeous and we are absolutely thrilled with their work. Wil very promptly responded to my request for a bid, arranged for a meeting soon after, and I received the bid within just a couple of days. His bid was very reasonable and competitive given my requests. His crew arrived promptly each morning, were very professional and respectful, cleaned up each evening, and did a really beautiful job. Everyone told me the prep work was the most important and they spent a lot of time on that. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Wil and his crew! Our house looks great! The quote was the best and most thorough of the 4 quotes we got. What I really appreciate about Wil is he is a champion of staying in touch. He let me know each morning by 7:30 what would be happening that day. If I texted or called, he got back to me immediately. It was a pleasure to work with Wil.

This paint company has been awesome from the very beginning. The owner Wil was very responsive, professional and personable. We only got a few estimates to paint the exterior of our home, shed, and cottage. To be honest, this estimate was a bit more than the other estimates, but I'm so glad I went with this company. Wil was more thorough in what they were going to be doing with the exterior of the house, what type of paint they would be using and why, etc. so to me the price made sense for what we were getting.
We ended up lucking out and they were able to get started on our house a lot faster than expected due to a hole in another job that was waiting for the floors to come in. And when I mean sooner than expected, I mean we hired them and then a few days later they were here working and they were done in less than 2 weeks! Our paint was bad, it was chipping, there were tons of layers in the back of the house that needed to be evened out; it was a big paint job.
The painters that came to the house were very courteous and they did an amazing job! Our house looks like it is a brand new house and I am in love with it! We get so many compliments on our house and I even caught our neighbors taking pictures of it.
We will definitely hire this company again if we need to get interior paint done in the future. I can understand why this company has 5 star rating on Yelp. I had to add my review to Google as well. Well deserved!

We loved our experience with Citibay. Originally we hired them to just paint the exterior of our home (a big job because it hadn’t been painted in over 60 years and needed a lot of prep work). They did such a great job we hired them to do two more projects with us: painting our bedroom cabinets and our kitchen cabinets. They knocked those out of the park as well. Not only was the quality of their work great but they were incredibly professional and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be hiring them again!
