        Disappointed they have no truck available to accommodate customers

        Was given a mileage rate of $.99 per mile. I have no trucks available. Asked that I call back the next day that they would have maybe a truck come in. When I called the following day they try to complete my reservation with the mileage rate of $1.49 a mile. I hate the fact that they cannot honor their quote they had originally given me the day before.

        Just called and was barely able to ask a question when the worker rudely decided to hang up with zero hesitation. I would definently think twice before renting a vehicle or anything from this company, or this location for the most part. The workers here are very unprofessional and shouldn't work in a customer service job if they can't do it without ignorance.
