I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Silva Bro Towing, and I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with their services. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
First and foremost, punctuality is clearly not a priority for this company. I had scheduled a pick-up at 3:00 PM, and their representative didn't arrive until nearly 4:00 PM. Throughout this waiting period, their phone lines were unreachable, diverting my calls directly to voicemail. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, their pricing is exorbitant. If your vehicle is towed by them, you are expected to shell out $400 for the towing service, even if your vehicle is only moved for a minute. On top of this, an additional $110 per day is charged for storage. This pricing is far from reasonable.
Their office, which is essentially a bedroom with no semblance of a professional workspace, is a clear indicator of their lack of professionalism. It left me questioning their legitimacy and competence.
Lastly, the demeanor of their staff was beyond disappointing. When I inquired about their pricing structure, as I was unfamiliar with their approach (I had dealt with companies that didn't charge for storage within the first 24 hours), I was met with hostility from a gruff, unhelpful staff member. His disrespectful and dismissive attitude was completely unwarranted.
In summary, Silva Bro Towing is the worst towing company I've ever encountered. If you have any other options, I strongly recommend exploring them instead. If, unfortunately, your vehicle is towed by them, make sure to call ahead and confirm their presence at the location before you head there, or you might find yourself wasting at least an hour waiting outside their unprofessional "office."

Great service, exactly on time, and Hugo was friendly, professional, and fast! Don't waste time with other tow companies, Silva Bros service is the best.
