Kathy has been helping my family for over 20 years. Now that I'm older with my own things needing to be insured, I obviously went to Kathy! Tina, the office manager, is super responsive and so helpful as well. They are a great team! We even received custom desk calendars this year, so cute and creative! Thank you Kathy and team!!

In almost feel bad for posting this but when I tried to contact Kathy's office for a quote, I kept getting her assistant's or assistant/partner. Not sure who but Veronica wasn't too helpful. She kept asking me the same questions that I already answered, and when I got my quote it was subpar coverage and not much cheaper than my current coverage with AAA. The kicker was the fact that the person helping me just kept saying "it's up to you, the coverage or value you pick is up to you." I realize it's up to me; but I'd think they'd be able to offer some advice as to which coverage is more appropriate, etc. I instead chose to go with an independent insurance broker who took the time to really go over all my coverage options. Imagine going to a doctors office and being told "take the medicine, don't take the medicine, it's up to you."
