I visited SJDN when I was pregnant to tour the facility/ infant rooms /grab some info. on what to expect when the baby arrived & enrollment process, etc...Rhysie was SO welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me get everything into place. She continued to stay in contact & communicated all the necessary info after my daughter was born to make sure we set a date in place for official enrollment, make sure I'm comfortable with the process / transition and to prepare for bringing her into the infant center & get to know the teachers, hangout with them upon drop-off to make it easy and comfortable for the both of us.It has been amazing to experience how easy, comfortable, trusting & heartwarming the SJDN culture is & how much they care about families & their kids.For a short time we moved away & decided to come back to San Jose. First thing I did was call Rhysie and asked if I can re-enroll my daughter & with open arms she said yes. She once again took care of all the necessary paperwork and we came back to this amazing daycare and felt so great to bring her back to a facility that I not only trust but I respect for their hard work, integrity & professionalism.I CANNOT thank you enough, Rhysie!! :)I also wanted to note that all the teachers and staff are amazing at SJDN. Elena their director - amazing leader. All the on-site staff and teachers, but more specifically Ms. Edie, Ms. Halima, Ms. Rosario, Dionna, Esmerelda & Terry...  Wow!!! What a fantastic group of educators. They have so much love in their hearts. They work so hard to keep our children safe, comfortable and cared for, day after day. I truly feel that my daughter is in best hands when I drop her off every AM & when I pick her up, the smile on her face tells me and confirms she was with family all day. I feel very blessed & grateful to have my child be surrounded by this many amazing teachers and staff and in an environment that I know is safe, comfortable, secure & most importantly very loving!!My little girl is turning 2 in a few months, so she'll be moving up from the infant ctr to the toddler room and we're very excited for the new chapter with SJDN but wanted to make sure I leave my heartfelt thanks to the teachers and staff that started it all for us.  We love you...thank you!!
