        Had to wait much longer than they told me for a retractable tonneau cover to be installed. Then when they were done they just gave me the keys and said the user manual was on the front seat and didnt come out and show it to me or explain how it worked. When you pay almost $500 for a part to be installed it wouldve been nice if they spent a few minutes showing that it was installed correctly and how to work it. Bob Anderson from the service department was extremely friendly and courteous, but he had to leave before my truck was done.
