My car was totaled on Monday by an uninsured motorist and by Friday Liberty Mutual had paid off my loan and deposited the remainder in my checking account. I am very pleased with the service from Liberty Mutual Insurance.

I have been a Liberty Mutual Customer for more than 30 years. My dad was for 70 years before he past. I had a personal Agent when I started who would advise me about policies and how much insurance I needed, etc. I haven't had that kind of person for a few years and when I just called the Presidential line for Liberty Mutual the woman said that Liberty Mutual is not a Service organization anymore. They have sales people who work on commission so if you are not buying a new policy, they don't want to speak with you and they have the 1-800 people who don't know you or your needs. For Liberty Mutual, it is not a personal business any more, only transactional. How sad for LM.

No just no. Had a claim against one of their customers that was 100% at fault which they did admit but in making the situation right they gave bad information gave me a horrible rep Amanda Hernandez who first conversation said great things but then flip flopped in the next conversation. Was extremely upset was lied to and I did send her a courtesy email to let her know my initial dealings with the collision repair that they suggested didn't go well and did not do what I was told they would do. She has since decided to not respond to that email nor has she returned any other phone calls. Avoid avoid avoid.
