      image We thought our A/C was at the end of its life. We called ProFlo to schedule a diagnostic and an estimate for a new system, just in case it was the end. Rico Jacobo came out to do the diagnostic and the estimate. He was polite, friendly and diligent in his work. Rico discovered that the recently replaced capacitor was wired incorrectly. He corrected the wiring and the A/C runs and sounds 100% better. It saved us the cost of a new system now, but his honesty and diligence has earned a ProFlo customer in the future. Rico also gave us a couple of estimates for a new system which were reasonable and well explained. We will certainly be reaching out to Rico at ProFlo in the future.

      image We are repeat customers (2 AC units) and had our other unit go out on a Thursday night mid summer. We have a newborn and came home to an 85 degree house. I emailed ProFlo at 730pm as they were closed. I received a call from them at 7:38pm and was scheduled for first thing Friday morning!!
      Aldo Kosonoy came out the very next morning. He was on time, very kind and quickly found our problem/was able to explain it in laymans terms to me. He discussed all of our options and costs with us and even was able to get us a deal on the repairs. This company always makes the customer a priority and doesnt nickel and dime you. Aldo was fantastic and got us up and running in less than 2 hours! Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!! Service: A/C system repair
