    It was my worst experience contacting them. No reply of Mails and there is no one to receive your call. This is really unprofessional and totally unexpected from General Consulate of India.

    I went to consulate india as i have emergency at home and my passport got expired , everyone in the consulate went above and beyond to help me get my passport , I am very thankful for having such people at consulate who can understand and help by understanding the situation

    Plan ahead at least a century ago in case you want to send them a passport renewal application. They really do not respond to your urgent request. There is no way to reach out to them and get an answer. 3 weeks processing timeline is a myth.

    When I overviewed the feedback as I could relate with my own experience? Even with those broken english feedback I had to agree, and I did understand how lightly they take customers based on their data information while it must be extremely difficult to include and exclude the diplomates and employees income statment in USA. Isnt it time for upgrade and change in employee, with new set of idea and implementations from experience generations? I could not believe that they charge money over the phone and its not a consultancy but its a government affiliated embassy for the public and not for the employee while the contractor is given to third parties when third parties has no experience in USA neither with local communities which is unlawful when the employee cant even explain themselves without being told. What made me sad was why do we have to request it? It must felt so great to be in power of control with superiority with requirement over requirement without any adaptation nor internal changes in internal policies while seniors being used on signature and stage leadership as the hypocrisy of the technology (IT). Some processes can be hurtful that I wanted to see myself to know the internal data system before I give away the rightful facts. After that I STOPPED the renunciation for now until they change their attitude of control and power on guidelines. Request and forgiveness should come from the one who implemented these unnecessary requirements of huddles without changing any within themselves neither internal infrastructure nor qualities. Why India are always suppressed? Not because they do not have military power because they do not have the right individual at the work force not only that we do not need power, but we need effective individual at work within Indian embassy and foreign affairs and these are the reason why we are being treated like a victim. We let our people degrade instead of lifting them up locally and internationally. If Indian could invest a little more into new set of employees, experiences that would bring changes for better and that is where we lack in acceptance of adaptation with change internally. Right set of employees are expensive not because they are celebrities because they would bring changes that would last forever between customers relationship while progressing even between countries. The label " victim" are being labeled because of unemphatic employee on the top selves of mocking superiority with depending on directions from each other community. The question was unrelated, and they should be given choice. FYI, Adults do not require permission from parents. They have to start taking responsibilities and legally fight for right as an adult locally and not via embassy. Embassy has enabled by disabling own people. We are called victim due to the lack of employees understanding in local community, while they do what they are told instead of taking time on the one-on-one based case situation for individual requirement. We all are not refuges based on logical categorizing just because the program enables sovereignty. How sad do I feel when Indian gets bullied and suppressed because they are idiot, and the employee's lack of determination in skills that does not mean anyone has right to bully and suppress psychologically trying to get rid of the immigrants. Being kind and fair doesnt need power, mocking and mandatory requirements on voting although amendment has to be implemented. If contract is made just for profit, then million and billions of operational profits on contract has to have their backup on it. Indian Embassy and foreign affairs need more experienced, communicatively effective, technology advanced. We do NOT need celebrities communicative leadership on stage neither we need historical and WAR past dwelling fanatics stage performance communicative leadership but what we need is an effective internally as well as externally change in process.
