        Thye Gentle Dental office handled the issues with my teeth efficiently, with no problems. The staff were great and their recommendations were all correct.

        The appointment I made apparently wasn't available when I got there 20 minutes before the appointment. I called out of work, filled out the forms online and then when I got there they just said I'm sorry you can come back tomorrow. They blamed it on the issue with scheduling at the call center and were very unapologetic saying if I want it today walk down the street and find a walk in dental clinic. I found it very unprofessional, hopefully there are better dental facilities that accept MediCal.
