Took my watch in for an assessment of repairs needed. Henry was super professional and friendly, was able to fix one issue with the watch on the spot, and was upfront about what else could be fixed, the cost, and if it was worth doing based on what I needed. Super impressed and will come back here for any additional watch repair needs!
