        Thank you to the staff at sfspca for putting my cat Shadow down in a professional compassionate way. Also sent a heartwarming card that all the staff signed, it meant alot to get it.

        Really unhelpful. Took my dog that had contracted a pink eye and they couldnt accept or schedule an appointment. Urgency care is a 2 day wait and reception desk didnt even know how to schedule one.
