(as Leasing Agent) Once again, working with Selma was a pleasure and a success. She got our rental property priced, listed and rented very quickly AND (very important) vetted potential tenants and found us top quality renters (i.e. nice people!). The tenants also mentioned to me what a pleasure it was for them to work with her! We hope they stay a long time but when/if they move on, we will come back to AMSI/Selma for sure.

After serveral months of looking at houses, we connected with AMSI and shortly after found our new home! Selma was a delight to work with. She was responsive, accommodating to our limited schedules and was just a lovely person who never made us feel pressured or bothersome while answering our many questions. The journey was long but Selma brought us home and we cannot be thankful enough for her professionalism and genuine concern for our needs. Thanks so much Selma and AMSI!
