As a witness to the appalling events that transpired at White Cap on Taraval Street in San Francisco, I feel compelled to share my perspective on the unjust and discriminatory treatment suffered by my Asian friends at the hands of the bar staff.
From the moment we entered the establishment, it was evident that something was amiss. Despite my friends' attempts to simply enjoy a night out, they were met with hostility and disrespect from certain employees. It was disheartening to watch as they were singled out and subjected to unfair scrutiny simply because of their race.
The confrontations began when one of my friends attempted to use the restroom after a long journey. Instead of being allowed to do so without incident, they were aggressively interrogated and treated as if they were criminals. It was clear that their Asian identity made them a target for unwarranted suspicion and hostility.
The situation escalated when another employee joined in, hurling racist insults and ultimately ejecting my friends from the premises under false pretenses. It was a blatant display of prejudice and discrimination that left me feeling both angry and powerless.
As a witness to these events, I cannot in good conscience remain silent. It is unacceptable for any establishment to condone or perpetrate such behavior, and I implore the management of White Cap to take immediate action to address these issues.
Furthermore, I urge others who have witnessed or experienced similar treatment to speak out and hold establishments like White Cap accountable for their actions. Racism and discrimination have no place in our society, and it's up to all of us to stand up against injustice wherever it may occur.
In conclusion, the events that transpired at White Cap were not just an affront to my friends' dignity and humanity, but a stark reminder of the systemic racism and prejudice that continues to plague our society. It's time for all of us to come together and demand change.

I called ahead of time. Verified the payment amount so that I could pay with a check. Even asked to whom the check should be made out to. Arrived and they use a company called UnitedTranzActions to verify checks. Well, the check was declined without any reason and a lot of run around. Seems very sketchy. Checked the company out on the BBB and seems they do this to a lot of customers. I will go elsewhere next time I need something.

Had a great experience buying tools from Whitecap SF store on Jennings. First off I tried to purchase the Dewalt FALL DEALS! Right before before cutoff off Oct 31st when u purchase 1 Flexvolt Cut Off Saw kit for $849 get 1 FREE 1in 20v Rotary Hammer Drill worth ($349) FREE with purchase!!! I missed out getting to the store on Friday the 29th and the retail store is closed for the weekend! SO I HAD TO ORDER ONLINE TO LOCK IN THE DEAL OVER THE WEEKEND ON THE 30TH of Oct. Fast forward to Monday the 1st of Nov. I give a call to customer service to see if they would allow to pick up in person vs waiting for shipping and to prevent THEFT $1000 dollars Of tools sitting in front of my door to get stolen!!!! also needed the tool ASAP! After a bit of going over the details online order and speaking with the online rep the Store Manager and clerk Jesus Guevarra made it happen and I got the tools I needed when I needed them the most! The cutoff saw was out of stock at there location and with the supply chain BS it could be a while before they get more stock so they gave me the display just to make sure I got the tool and Deal!!!! Whitecap has some great deals that the big box stores don't offer especially if u need contractor grade materials and tools u gotta Check WHITECAP FTW!!!! I also use and own Milwaukee tools mustard and ketchup and all the sides....
