Pacifc Bell Internet doubled my connection speed for a lower price when they took over for champion and it's been rock solid ever since. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet so no complaints so far.

I wish they could expand to whole bay area, so that I could continue to use their service.

We have had Pacifc Bell Internet for two weeks now and we love it. It's smoking fast compared to our previous service. I actually did a speed test with my old service and told Pacifc Bell Internet that I would be testing them as well. They met the speed I signed up for. No more loading and buffering issues when watching Netflix. Service has been very consistent except for the day Monrovia had power outages.

Seriously?? I can't get an answer when I call at 11:45 a.m.!? Would be interested in asking some general questions, buuuut......... no answer, no mailbox.
