I went to Brandon in summer 2018, people there are unbelievably kind and patient. I’m m from Taiwan, and that was the first time I’ve ever went abroad. But every morning when I walked into Brandon College, I felt safe and calm. Shout out to principal Ray (Not sure of the spelling) gave me great advices when I was down. Also they have the best dog in the world here.
10/10 would go there for the dog again.
(Seriously though they deserve more ratings, most of the reviews here are either trolling or clueless.)

Autumn 2015 was my third time at Brandon College. This privat english school was the best ONE for me! Res, the best and friendliest school Director. Great and very competent teachers and a very helpful staff.
I learned a lot and all teachers are so patient, helpful and funny. Lessons were always interesting. Class size and classrooms are comfortable.
To meet a lot of different students from all over the world made this experience exciting and interessting. The difference from younger students to me, was never a problem. I felt during all the time very well. The school give you the feeling of a big family. Also the activities at Brandon are well chosen to explore the great City San Francisco.
THANK YOU for the unforgettable time. It stays in my heart, in my soul and my thoughts!!! Miss you guys!!!

I'm a student of the free english classes of Teaching House at Brandon College, for which I payed a small fee, and today I was treated very rude by the receptionist, called Howard I think. I went to my classes at 2-4pm, but in the middle I felt bad because of my medical condition so I asked my teacher if I could go out to eat something. Afterwards a friend followed me to check me out. While I was eating a cereal bar in the student lounge, where other students where eating too, the receptionist came and said that why we were talking and eating there, that we should be in class. I tried to explain that I was feeling bad and that I needed to eat, but he kept repeating that I couldn't eat, that I should not be there, and if I had to then I should eat alone. My friend went back to class but he stayed there, I asked why I couldn't eat, because other people was also eating, and he said that I was not paying, so I had no right to use the room, that he wanted me to leave and not ever come back to the college. I asked who was the owner and he said that he was the owner and I had to do whatever he wanted. At that point I was angry and frustrated and started to cry, the teacher coordinator came to see me, he defended me but the receptionist replied that the teacher was only paying for 2 class rooms and nothing else so we could not use the rest of the facilities. Finally the teacher said that he was going to talk with the manager later. I felt I was treated like garbage just because I was going to free classes, I had to go out of the class because I felt sick but he didn't care. I don't want to go there again, because I could be treated like that again.
