Kohler contracted with this company not my choice. Took almost 5 hours to put in one facuet. The handles were never an issue and now not installed correctly. Brought it up with owner and he was condensending to me. I advised him I would seek another Plumbing company from Kohler. Kohler was great in this warranty issue . I just which the owner wasnt so condensending and would listen to the customer. He did mention that his customer was Kohler not me.

Working with Lisanne and Phil at Lutz Plumbing to install two smart toilets was a great pleasure. I sent a showroom appointment request on a Thursday, got a response from Lisanne within a couple of hours to confirm our visit for the next day. Lisanne, the Senior Design Consultant, was friendly, professional, and fun. She answered lots of our questions regarding the toilets we had in mind, explained the next steps, helped coordinate with their service department to set up a site visit appointment. Within a few hours after we left the showroom, we received quotes on the product and had an appointment confirmed for the following Friday. Phil and I coordinated over the phone and email to ensure all parties (plumber, electrician, and painter) were present at the site visit because we needed to add electrical outlets and relocate the water outlets. Phil was in charge of outlining a clear plan to make sure everyone was on the same page and fully understood the workstream. On the same Friday afternoon of the site visit, we learned that our building planned a water shut-off for the following Tuesday. We were hoping to tap into that opportunity to have the installation completed so we didn't have to request another building water shut off. Lisanne and Phil went above and beyond to help us secure the order and delivery of the toilets, and got us on their schedule with such a short notice. Almost miracally, our electrician and painter were also able to fit us in their schedule. Because of Phil and Lisanne's coordination and teamwork, the installation went super smoothly. By Wednesday, we had two beautiful smart toilets installed perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. Lisanne and Phil take pride in their work and it shows. We highly recommend Lutz Plumbing and look forward to working with them in future projects.

Our house came with a Duravit toilet installed. They're unusual and not many plumbers service them. When the flush mechanism stopped working, we were told by two plumbers that we were going to need to completely replace the whole toilet, which would have involved destroying an entire part of our bathroom in the process. We thankfully called Lutz and they came out, diagnosed the problem, found and ordered the parts, and installed them, saving us $1000s of dollars in unnecessary work and a lot of hassle. Daniel was amazing and was so thorough and determined to help. I can't thank him and the Lutz team enough!

I recently faced a rather unique plumbing challenge when my 4-year-old managed to flush the remote control for our Kohler Intelligent Toilet, causing it to get stuck and rendering the toilet unusable. In a bit of a panic, we initially called another plumbing service.
