We were referred to Better Home Financial and we had the pleasure of working with Mike and Tracy. They treated us like trusted friends and worked so hard to make our home loan process go smoothly. Mike has amazing credentials and is very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained the process which included finding us an excellent interest rate. Tracy worked with us on the necessary paperwork and dealt with the underwriter and escrow. She went above and beyond to represent us and pulled off the difficult details of making the loan happen. There is a lot that needs to be done and it was handled in a very efficient and timing manner and we could not be happier with the outcome.
