This place is not worth going to, customer service is zero. I walked out after waiting for a clerk to make my purchase.

I went into this particular store in San Diego thinking I would be welcome and pleased, but totally the opposite.
The store was not busy and there were staff around.
However, never at one time did a staff member greet or even bother to ask me if I needed help. I had a service dog with me and Im sure that was not the issue why no staff bother to help me.
I was shopping for mens suits and found all the sizes in the mens suit section disorganized.
There was a shop lifter in the store and he was confronted by the security team, which made this store seem like a really badghetto.
Finally when I only came to the front to purchase a shirt, no one was on the register and I patiently waited for a few minutes. The staff member did her thing to quickly check me out and I told her that my experience was not good. Only then did she say, Have a nice day or try to have one..
Overall, I did not find the suit I came in for and was very disappointed in Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH.
