We walked in twice and scheduled an in home appt through Sue. Mark came, measured and was to get back in about a week. After 2 weeks, I called and was told that Mark was waiting for an estimate on part of the job before he got back to me. That was months ago. No word, no call. Nothing. I know covid has made people busy, but say so, or price higher to make it worth your while, but to not get back at all even after I followed up is terrible business. I would never trust that the job would get completed if you were to use them.

Contacted via their web site,. We made it clear that we are serious and have the funds to complete the work . Our intention was not to look around and if we liked the estimate and presentation we would chose them,. Gentleman came out to take measurements and said that he'd be back to us for an estimate. It is 5 weeks later and we haven't heard anything: no courtesy call that they are delayed, so follow-up whatsoever. I'd never do business with a company that treats prospects in this manner. Just tell us if you are too busy or not interested in the work so that we can move on and find someone else.
