This is the worst company. This company is a pain for both practitioners and patients. Shame on insurance companies contracting with them. The low reimbursement rate and the amount of paperwork involved for more treatments are a joke. These guys handle many HMOs (Kaiser) and now PPOs billing. If ASH handles the billing for your insurance, it doesn't matter how many visits you are alloted, whether it's 5, 10, 1,000 or 1,000,000 per year, ASH sets the standard and will only allow 5 visits and deny all treatments afterwards. Better to pay cash then to deal with the headache. All doctors and patients need to stop their relationship with ASH. ASH needs to go out of business. It's all about profits and not health with ASH.
