Love this place. Great exotic burgers, HUGE hot dogs, great salads and veggie sandwich, and a great back doggie area with a dog menu. Lots of HDTVs for sports, and great weekend brunches with hashes and bottomless mimosas.

Good people suffering growing pains - they need our support! A great local hangout with a regular crowd as well as newbies. If you want pretention and stuffiness, white tablecloths, and a huge bill, this ain't your place. This place is NOT the Corvette Diner; it's NOT a tourist place, it's NOT Disney. If you you want an honest local Hillcrest experience, this is it! They have a nice bar, pool table, and a back 'yard' with picnic tables where you can hang with the pooch, drink craft beers, wine, and cocktails, and schmooze. Say 'hi' to the owners - most of the time they're there chatting with customers, playing backgammon, and doing their thing! This place should definitely be listed on the 'Dive Bars' registry!!! And I mean that in a GOOD way!

Awesome restaurant. Super tasty affordable food and friendly staff. Huge plus as a dog owner that they have a big off leash area in the back patio, where your dog can play with other dogs while you sit and enjoy your food and drinks.
