Very rude and abusive people work here especially the Housing Navigator. If you are White you will be abused.

This place can help with immediate needs for women only.
Services include: showers, laundry, clothes, shoes, hygiene supplies, ready-made meals, snack packs, backpacks, a safe place during the day, shelter referrals, etc.
If you're new, going around 8AM on weekdays is the best time to show up to get access to services.
They also host a lot of different groups to help improve your mental, social, economic or spiritual status. There's a mental health specialist. And a NAMI employment specialist.
Housing:
You won't get any more help here than at other places when it comes to housing, but you can find out about local shelters and other nearby services. Mostly, you'll get told to go to HRC, over by the central metro station downtown.
